Good Omens Art Selection

Here comes selection of my favorite Good Omens drawings from deviantart.

Crowley and Aziraphale

I like two "layers" on this picture, chess game and stained glass. Aziraphale and Crowley are both in human form on Earth, and it's easy to forget that they are not humans.

Well, our angel and demon are a little younger here than I imagined, but the scene and characters are captured perfectly. Like there faces and style.

I'd like to point out Crowley's hair horns - smart and not obvious way to show us his true nature :)
Librarian-style Aziraphale holding the flaming sword also looks really right

This drawing looks like it is a promo for Good Omens animated series. Really like this style, reminds about Supernatural

Not exactly how I imagined Shadwell, but thumbs up for the choice of the scene. Not the easiest one

Crowley and his ineffable gardening skills :)

One of my most favourite moments in the book! Crowley's gardening technique is outstanding, It so perfectly combines his demon and human-ish nature

The Girl of Many Projects, Plans, and Ideas

Phew! The first post is the hardest!

What can I tell you, my amazing passing-by reader. This is a blog of a girl, who has tones of projects, plans, and dreams, and she is finally going to spend some time on them.

Have you ever looked on somebody doing something great, like publishing a book, painting great pictures, making awesome game, and thought - hey, I can do it too, if I put enough efforts in it. But it's always not enough time, because you have job to do and dishes to wash.

It is easy to give up and think that some things are just not possible, but we have great examples around us. I have one friend, she's not a professional painter, she has a job in the office, but she practiced for few last years, and soon she is going to have her personal paintings exhibition. Everything is possible, if you have formulated goals and put efforts in your dreams.

I was thinking about starting a blog for a long time, but I've never even taken myself seriously. Well, the time has come!

So, what am I going to post here. I have a looooooot of projects bumbling in my head, and I have an intention to bring them to life. And since I have a lot of hobbies, projects would belong to some very different categories.

I like to paint. Graphite pencils, acrylic paint, paper, canvas... I am an amateur, but I am trying :) So you will see some of my tryings here.

I like all sorts of DIY crafts. Mostly jewellery making. Polymer clay, leather, wire, beads. Sadly, I have much more plans than ready workpieces, and that is one of the things I am going to change. I'll also add sewing to this category. I haven't sewn a single thing yet, but I really want to learn.

Cooking. I like to cook.  I like when I cook something, and it magically turns out appetizing, tasty, and hopefully healthy. So you'll see some of my successful endeavours here too.

I will also write about gardening, books, traveling, maybe even about programming (that's what I do for a living, in the office; but I've thought about making some pet-project for a looong time).

That's all. Now you know what is this blog going to be about. Come visit any time you want!
